How to you ship jewelry safely ?

We ship only with reputed shipping careers. USPS, FedEX and UPS. We insure all our shipments to prevent loss of shipment. We use secure packaging to prevent any damage during shipping.

How do you handle any damages or loss during shipment ?

All our shipments are tracked so if it lost in shipment we claim an insurance and it is not customers responsibility for shipping loss. If you receive jewelry damaged please inform us immediately and it is not customers responsibility for shipping damages.
